About Me

About Me

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and began my career as a Post-Sales Title Coordinator at DriveTime, where I worked for two years before being laid off during the 2020 pandemic. During that transition, I took the opportunity to reflect on the career path I truly wanted to pursue. Inspired by women who had successfully transitioned into tech, I decided to explore coding and deepen my technical skills.

I joined Keap, a CRM software company, as a Phone Support Representative. While working full-time, I returned to school and earned my Certificate of Completion in Programming and Systems Analysis. My dedication and growing technical expertise led to a promotion to Advanced Support Representative, where I collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.

I am now seeking a role where I can work directly with development teams to enhance product features and drive meaningful improvements for users. To continue building my technical foundation, I actively practice coding through Udemy courses and personal projects. Developing a strong understanding of how systems are built and function enables me to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and customer needs.
